About Logic Gates

Turning curious questions into hands-on learning hardware

How it started

In 2023, a simple question from a younger sibling—“Why does this gate output zero?”—sparked the first prototype. Reading about boolean algebra wasn’t enough; we needed a way to see it. That realization kicked off countless late nights sketching circuits, soldering boards, and testing LEDs.

Our first Logic Gates board shipped to friends, then to classrooms, and eventually landed on the desks of electronics reviewers worldwide. Their feedback shaped every revision.

What we believe

That’s why every board we ship includes annotated schematics, quick-start labs, and open-source code examples.

Community & collaboration

We co-design features with universities, makerspaces, and online communities. Reviewers like EEVblog and Jazzy Jane put our early prototypes through their paces; their insights helped us add better power sequencing, clearer silk-screening, and more durable switches.
